My Body with Meditation

1. Yama (Do’s) 2. Niyama (Don’ts) 3. Asanas (Positions) 4. Pranayama (Control of breath or Life Force)
5. Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal) 6. Dharana (Concentration) 7. Dhyana (Meditation) and 8. Samadhi (Spiritual Ecstasy).

Spine is the axis of university
Never let anyone of your spine . It is axis of universe .
it connects left and right mind .there is empty space in spinal code .energy get stored in it .if one color exist we resist for other colors .these all
things happen in spinal code .it is root of your mind and body .

Seven 7 CHAKRAS in Human body:there are 7 chakras  . these are in triangle shape in nadis . these are
1. food and sleep
2 for pleasure : to enjoy world
3 . to do things
4 . (anhatha)there is be creative in your life .
5 .(visudhi) : powerful individual. not only phyiscal but may be in other powers .
6 . (agna) : 3rd eye , u see things which are it is .
7 . not in body . but upper part of body . for activating sadhan is required .


A 20-second Crash Course To Become More Receptive: Physical body have limit to collect things but mentally u can carry more things ,you have to reduce your self . there is a little enery in you .just bring the right awareness to you .
just smile at one day in morning.



4 types of memory :
Intellectual 2 identify  3. Genetic memory 4 . Chit

We have diferent standard to measure ourself . And it is all done by our mind . But we also have our inner intelligence . We have to use that .
Chit is  the memory which can not be affected by outer world . Which can not be enhanced . To get this memory first step towards it to  put your identify aside . Just put yourself as a piece of life .
We have time for everything but not for ourself .and that's the problem with us ,we  can't see things with our little perception. 
We have to put aside our belif and perception .





How can we have clearity 
we should be seeking to have clarity about particular thing .if you want to know the world you have clearity about ourselves .intellectual is like sharp knife we have to learn how to use it . We think about lonliness when we are fullfilled or our basic  need is fullfilled by outside world .then we think to fullfill ourself .which can only be filled by our self .we try to fullfill this life by other arrangements like car tv house mobile . But those are not life . Life is in with you . Those are arrangements to make you comfortable . Those can not and will not fullfill you . So first thing is to know yourself .
